The integration of PETG and heavy-wall ECO-PET materials offers glass-like transparency and weightiness combined with superb impact resistance, both fitting smoothly into current municipal recycling streams. Crucially, our Airless Bottle Technology operates via a dip-tube-free piston mechanism. As the actuator is depressed, the internal piston ascends to keep the product hermetically sealed. Historically, color cosmetics packaging relied heavily on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) to achieve necessary rigidity, gloss, and tight tolerances. However, because ABS is notoriously difficult to sort and recycle within traditional consumer recycling frameworks, global environmental regulations—especially within the EU—and major multinational beauty conglomerates are aggressively implementing mandates to restrict or ban ABS components. Lisson Packaging proactively tackled this technical hurdle by commercializing fully ABS-FREE color cosmetics packaging architectures.
Through high-precision mold recalibration and advanced injection-molding optimization, Lisson successfully substituted conventional ABS with highly recyclable Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET).
